As it’s snowed here today I thought a fun snowman was called for
You know what Martin whilst a lot of us shy away from pure intense colour you just go for it. Very powerful painting.
Very nice Martin. Excellent job
Excellent and also thanks to Martin for pointing out the technique
Thank you all so much for your comments. They bought tears to my eyes. Peter you are right. They must have names. Suggestions welcome.
Here is the Bunny I was doing for a Christmas present for my Niece. I have put it also along side a monkey.
They are really lovely. I am into reindeer but love your baubles too.
Very nice. This scene is one i painted last year for a Christmas card. Its lovely and magical.
Lol a great old Bird well conveyed.
Judy i think this is amazing and well up to your usual high standard and a definite contender for painting of the week.
Great job on a difficult scene.
Great painting which really does show what you had intended. Amazing and glad you are feeling better.
Alex i think this is very very good. If you want criticism then all i can say is to somehow indicate scale. I dont know whether birds could do this i am really not sure but you have certainly done an amazing job here.
Yes, with Judy, such warmth. I like this Martin
I love it but am so so so (and another) SO jealous. That blanket, o boy, bring on summer.
yep, nuts are great and the colours really bring Christmas shouting out.
nicely done. I like the effect and the simplicity you have shown. Very nice
Fiona this is good. I would say re the perspective just to have made the bottom window line a litter steeper towards the eye level which is high in this painting.
Again, a nice painting and a nice reminder of warmer summer days.
Very nice Fiona. Where are you living. I’m in blighty and desperately want to move to warmer shores.
