Very competent watercolour Andy. The only things I can really notice is the colours your using for shadows. Personally, I would try and neutralise the power of the blue you’re using to creating shadows by adding a little bit of yellow + red this will grey it out a little.

Don’t be fooled Robert, it was more luck than judegment, and again it’s on the back of another failure, still it’s all enjoyable practice.

Thanks Patrick, I really struggled to get the Shadows to work well, they seemed to light, then went all Blue, I will try some on some scrap paper tomorrow.

Thanks K8, and Annette, once I’ve sorted out the shadow under the boat as Patrick suggested then it may look even better, but I’m really pleased with it.
