    This one is based on a Geoff Kersey video.  His paintings usually start with the sky and build up the layers while working toward the foreground. The painting actually has bluer shadows in the foreground and more of a golden glow in the sky, but this is the best I could get with my camera.

    That’s really nicely done.  Yes his sky’s and backgrounds are difficult at times.  I did this one and enjoyed it.

    Just lovely Paula. Makes me miss the snow. We haven’t as much as usual in Michigan this winter. I love your sky and the golden “glow” in the midground trees and bushes. I REALLY want to open that gate. 🙂
