    Another lesson from “The Art of Watercolor Painting”. This will be a gift for my other granddaughter.  I painted this on 140 lb Arches cold pressed paper, 9 x 12. The palette was mostly cobalt blue, permanent rose, and aureolin.  I did use ultramarine and burnt sienna for the darkest darks, and also some white gouache here and there.

    Awwww, I love cats ( I only have 5 though) and this cutie is no exception! Love how you did the fur and his little face is wonderful! Like Jim said, I bet your granddaughter will love this. 😀
