Well here is my first upload.
Finished it last sunday just before I signed up here.
It’s a meadow near the village where I grew up, I used to hang around there now and then. Some time ago I revisited the place and took some photos and now I decided to try one of them.

Lovely painting, Reiner! Love the perspective. Great sky and nice greens and foreground grasses.

Excellent. As Judy says, the perspective and foreground grass are great. I particularly like the intricacy of the barbed wire fence

I love the drama of the sky set against the peaceful green of the field. Altogether a lovely painting with a great atmosphere.

I agree with all the other comments and will add that I really like the lightness of the field which balances the moody sky and frame of trees. I look forward to seeing more.

This is really lovely. Looks like a nice place to grow up.
